Meet Our Team

Len Forkas, a serial entrepreneur and 20-year veteran of the wireless infrastructure industry, founded Milestone Towers in 2001 to serve as the bridge between wireless carriers and public landowners. He is also the founder and chairman of Hopecam, Inc., a nonprofit that uses video technology to connect homebound children undergoing treatment for cancer to their friends at school. A popular leadership speaker, Len is the author of Cold Hard Truth: Life Lessons from the Bottom of the World and What Spins the Wheel.

Oswaldo (Ozzie) Reyes-Chica is our Executive Vice President-Chief Integration Officer. In his role, Ozzie leads the development of Milestone Towers’ overall business strategy. He is also responsible for integrating and coordinating the company’s operations, technology systems, and team members to ensure everything, and everyone, works together to deliver optimal results.

David Turner, our Development and Construction Manager, plays an integral role in Milestone Towers’ site selection program, providing permitting and management support for our development and construction teams. David also supervises third-party consultants and engineers, oversees construction projects on-site, and coordinates wireless carrier installations and modifications.

As Milestone Towers’ asset manager, Matt Forkas uses his computer and multi-tasking skills to keep track of project workflow and coordinate communications between vendors and the Milestone team. In addition to his role at Milestone, Matt is the founder of MiNU Foods, a healthy snack food business started in 2015. His past positions include serving as an asset and property manager for Mill Creek Property Trust.

Corina is an experienced professional who oversees the day-to-day operations of the office and assists in Accounting matters.
